New US Order Is On Its Way: 40ft Container Of Laundry Pods

There is always something special about seeing a new customer's first order leave the factory.

On August 25, 2026, a 40ft container carrying laundry pods for a US customer was loaded and sent on its way. This was the customer's first order with us, making the shipment a meaningful milestone for a new B2B partnership.

The order includes 5,000 buckets of private label laundry pods. The products are now in transit to the United States.

For our team, the container loading was the final step of a project that started with conversations about the customer's product requirements and continued through formulation, production, packaging and preparation for export.

Starting with the Customer's Idea

The project began with a straightforward goal: develop a laundry product that could be supplied under the customer's own brand for the US market.

Rather than starting with a fixed product and simply changing the packaging, we first worked through the details that would shape the finished product.

The discussions covered:

The type and structure of the laundry pods

The formulation required for the product

The quantity packed in each bucket

The bucket packaging and overall presentation

Private label information

Outer packaging for transportation

Requirements related to the US market

Once these details were confirmed, the project could move from planning into production.

For a first order, this stage matters. It gives both sides a clear understanding of what needs to be delivered before manufacturing begins.

Turning the Formula into Pods

After the product requirements were confirmed, production began.

The laundry pods use a five-chamber structure, with different formulation components separated within the same pod. This allows the components to be kept apart before use while forming one convenient laundry product for the consumer.

From the production side, this requires the formulation and pod structure to work together properly. The liquid formulation needs to be compatible with the water-soluble film, while the finished pod needs to remain properly sealed and stable during handling.

The production team then moved through the normal manufacturing stages, from forming and filling the film to sealing the finished pods and preparing them for packing.

For us, this is where a product specification becomes a physical product ready to enter the market.

Getting the Packaging Ready

The customer chose a bucket format for this order, with a large number of laundry pods packed into each bucket.

The packaging process involved more than simply putting the finished pods into containers. The product information, private label details and outer cartons all had to be prepared according to the confirmed requirements.

Once the individual buckets were packed, they were organized into the final shipment.

The goal was simple: make sure the products leaving the factory were consistent with what had been agreed at the beginning of the project.

The First Order Takes Shape

As production progressed, thousands of individual laundry pods gradually became a complete commercial shipment.

The final order consisted of 5,000 buckets prepared for the US customer.

For a first order, reaching this stage is particularly meaningful. It means the discussions, product decisions and production work have all come together into something tangible that is now ready for the customer's market.

And then came the part everyone was waiting for: loading the container.

August 25: Loading Day

On August 25, the finished products were loaded into a 40ft container at our facility.

After the production and packing work was completed, seeing the finished goods move into the container was a satisfying moment for the team.

The container was then dispatched for international transportation to the United States.

As of September 5, the shipment is already on its way.

For a new customer relationship, this is an important first step - from the first product discussion to a real container traveling across the ocean.

A New Partnership Begins

This shipment is only the beginning of our cooperation with this US customer.

The first order gives both sides a practical opportunity to understand the product, packaging and market requirements. Future orders can then be adjusted based on the customer's sales plans and market feedback.
